Senior Business Analyst [MBK Global]
Job Description:
About MBK Global
MBK Global is a Qatar-headquartered technology and transformation platform operating at the intersection of energy, advanced engineering, and Industry 4.0.
We are not a single-product company.
We are an ecosystem orchestrator.
Through a growing portfolio of ventures and joint initiatives — spanning AI, digital twins, automation, advanced analytics, and intelligent platforms — MBK Global connects global technology leaders with regional energy and industrial players to deliver transformation that is practical, enterprise-grade, and trusted.
We operate in and around the oil & gas ecosystem, where security, professionalism, and operational resilience are non-negotiable. As a result, our commercial and financial decisions must meet the same high standards as the solutions we deliver externally.
Why This Role Exists
MBK Global is a digitally native organisation.
We expect our internal operations and external engagements to be data-driven, financially sound, and strategically aligned.
As we scale the holding company and its majority-owned joint ventures, we are appointing a Commercial Analyst to provide end-to-end support in commercial strategy, market insights, and financial analysis.
This is not a client-facing sales role. Your mission is to ensure that MBK Global and its ventures make well-informed, high-impact commercial decisions that support growth, partnerships, and operational excellence.
Role Overview
The Senior Business Analyst is a high-caliber role within the Office of the CCO, designed for top-tier talent capable of operating at the intersection of strategy, commercial execution, and partnerships.
This is not a traditional analyst position. It is a deal- and impact-oriented role, where the individual will:
Shape and structure strategic partnerships across MBK Global's ecosystem
Support and influence high-value commercial decisions at the executive level
Contribute directly to building MBK Global's national digital transformation platform
The position offers direct exposure to executive leadership, sovereign stakeholders, and global technology partners — including C-level and board-level engagements.

Support orchestration of MBK's curated partner ecosystem (~15 partners, no overlap)
Ensure alignment of roles, responsibilities, and positioning across the value chain
Contribute to joint go-to-market strategies and collaboration models
Develop RACI frameworks to avoid partner overlap and resolve conflicts proactively
F. Strategic Initiatives
Contribute to priority initiatives including innovation & R&D partnerships (e.g., QRDI), new market entry, and new business models
Support national-scale programs such as the AI for Energy Institute and country expansion strategies
Conduct targeted analyses to support CCO-level decision-making on an ad-hoc basis
Experience & Skills
4–8 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or corporate strategy, partnerships, or investment roles
